Before hiring our laser regeneration service, you must read and agree to the established conditions; otherwise, you should refrain from using our services.
Responsibility in transport
The customer is responsible for the product during transit to allow for repairs. The service provider is not liable for any damage to or loss of the product; their responsibility is limited to dealing with the transport company to obtain compensation based on the terms of the transport insurance policy. The customer must request and purchase additional insurance beyond the standard policy if they require greater coverage.
We have collaboration agreements with other companies and laboratories specializing in the regeneration and repair of RF CO2 laser tubes. The client authorizes any transfers deemed necessary by the service provider for the purpose of carrying out repair processes.
Service costs
The customer will be provided with a repair estimate before the laser tube is shipped. This estimate is free of charge and is based on the symptoms reported by the customer without a physical inspection of the product. Therefore, the estimate is for informational purposes only.
Shipping and return transport costs from our warehouse will be borne by the customer.
Regeneration is costly, even if it is unsuccessful . If laser tube regeneration is not possible due to unforeseen circumstances, the customer will not be charged except for any shipping and/or customs fees incurred. If the customer wishes to retrieve the unrepaired tube, the shipping costs will also be their responsibility.
Once the laser tube has been regenerated, or during the regeneration process, if hidden faults appear, the customer will be presented with an additional estimate for their approval, except if this does not exceed €200, in which case the repair will be carried out without prior notice.
Repair guarantee
The warranty for the regeneration and/or repair of the laser tube is 12 months from the date the customer receives the repaired laser tube. If, during this period, the laser presents any anomaly directly related to the repair performed, the cost of the repair will be free of charge, with the exception of any shipping costs incurred, both from the customer to our warehouse and to partner companies.
If the fault is not related to previously performed tasks, a repair estimate will be provided for the customer’s approval. If the estimate is not accepted, the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs incurred, both from our warehouse and to any partner companies.
If during the warranty period the laser tube stops working properly and its repair is again technically unfeasible, no refund will be issued. This circumstance is considered unlikely but possible, and is a risk that the customer must weigh and assume before contracting the service.
Payment for the service
Once the customer receives notification of the completed repair, they will have 30 days to make the payment. After 30 days, an additional monthly storage fee of 10% of the invoice will be charged, and the warranty start date will be considered to be the date of the repair notification.
Reservations
We reserve the right to retain the laser tube in our warehouse or that of our partners while payment remains outstanding. If the debt is not paid within three months, the laser tube will be recycled or sold without the customer having any recourse. This will not cancel the outstanding debt, which must be paid by the customer.
