How can you tell when a laser tube is running out of power?
When you notice a loss of cutting power after a period of operation, it’s a common symptom of internal gas degradation.
How long does a laser tube last?
It depends on the use and working conditions; between 3 and 5 years is the most common lifespan.
Should you replace the laser tube or refill it?
Most of the time, it’s more cost-effective to reuse the CO2 laser cartridge.
Do you have replacement parts available?
We can supply new and refurbished tubes for some brands and models. Contact us for more information.
Do you offer on-site service?
No, you will need to disassemble the laser tube, package it properly, and ship it to our warehouse. We can provide support if you have any questions about the disassembly process; in most cases, it’s quite straightforward.
I am located outside Europe. What is the shipping and service process?
Please contact us so we can review your case and assess the problem. You’ll need to send the tube via a door-to-door shipping service; DHL, UPS, or FedEx are the most well-known. Contact your local office for quotes.
Do you offer pickup and delivery service?
Yes. For customers based in EU member states, we can coordinate pickup and return shipping of your laser tube via our authorized logistics partner. Applicable charges will be itemized on your invoice. Please contact us for further details.
What payment methods do you accept?
Once the laser tube is repaired, you will need to make a bank transfer.
How long does it take to repair a laser tube?
It depends on the tube model and the problems we find; it can take more or less time. The average repair time is 21 days.
What happens if it can’t be repaired?
It’s not common, but there’s a possibility that the damage to the tube will prevent its recovery. In that case, we don’t charge anything, but we don’t cover shipping costs or customs fees, which you will have to pay. This represents a shared risk that both parties acknowledge.
